Guiding Movement, Mindset, and Mastery

Rachel Cieslewicz’s journey with movement and mindfulness began at the age of five, shaping a lifelong dedication to helping others cultivate strength, resilience, and self-discovery. Raised in the Mojave Desert of St. George, she deepened her formal study of yoga while attending the University of Utah. Over the years, she has trained under world-renowned teachers, including Manju Jois, Srivatsa Ramaswami, and other esteemed mentors, developing a rich understanding of both the physical and philosophical dimensions of yoga.

Rachel is an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), and is authorized to teach both the primary and second series of Ashtanga Yoga by Manju Jois. She integrates breathwork, intelligent sequencing, and a deep respect for lineage into her teaching, making yoga accessible and transformative for all levels.

Beyond yoga, Rachel is a dedicated endurance athlete and holistic movement coach, blending her expertise in exercise science with mindfulness-based training methods. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport Science from the University of Utah, she works with students and athletes to optimize movement, prevent injury, and build mental and physical resilience. Her approach integrates yoga, strength training, and breathwork to help individuals achieve peak performance—whether in their yoga practice, athletic pursuits, or daily lives.
