Most yoga classes strip out the philosophy, the breath, the lineage, the very things that make a practice worth a lifetime, not just a workout.
You’ve been practicing for years, and you can feel there’s more.
Whether you’re called to teach, to travel, or to heal, YogaSoul is where that longing becomes a life. Salt Lake City’s longest-running yoga teacher training, plus international retreats and personal services, guided by Rachel’s 28+ years of practice and 18+ years training others.

Immersive programs rooted in the depth of yoga: its philosophy, its breath, its lineage. Taught by Rachel Cieslewicz, World Yoga Federation Grandmaster.
Next cohort starts February 2027, enrollment open now
International retreats and workshops, small and intentional, built around places that open you up.
From hands-on healing sessions to big-picture guidance, shaped around your body and where you want to go.
That session you’ve been meaning to book? Now’s the time.
Another year of “someday” is another year practicing without the depth, the teachers, and the community that would change things.
First the mountains, then the sea. Hike and meditate beneath the thousand-year monasteries of Meteora, or slow all the way down on a private island estate in Koufonisia. They run five days apart, by design, and some guests are doing both.
Six nights at the foot of stone towers where monks have sought stillness for a thousand years. Morning meditation as first light hits the rocks, monastery trail hikes at a conversational pace, and long village dinners in Kastraki. This is hiking as practice, not performance, and it changes how you rest.
Starting at $3,179 per person · Hikes, monastery entries, most meals & Athens transfer included
Five days apart, by design.
Some guests are making it one long Greek May: hike Meteora, wander Athens or the islands in between, then land on Koufonisia ready to truly rest. Email Rachel & Eric and they’ll help you plan the double.
You’ve been putting yourself last long enough. A private estate on the Aegean. A chef from Athens. Morning yoga overlooking the sea. This is YogaSoul’s most intimate retreat, 15 guests, 7 days, one golden island. The kind of week you remember for the rest of your life.
Starting at $2,799 per person · All-inclusive · 2026 sold out, rates increase soon, reserve now to lock in current pricing
“This program has changed me and changed my life. The instructors are incredible, I cannot rave enough about Rachel and Eric. The group size was perfect and blessed me with lifelong friends.”
“Retreats with Eric and Rachel have taught me so much about the importance of taking time out for me. My life changed for the better, and I look forward to the next time!”
“Rachel’s yoga therapy sessions have helped me move without pain for the first time in years. Her knowledge and compassion are truly life-changing.”
“I came to Rachel burned out and running on empty. What I got back wasn’t just a training plan, it was a completely different relationship with my body and what it’s been asking for. A year later I’m racing again, but that’s almost secondary to how I feel every day.”
You deserve teachers who treat yoga as a living tradition, not a fitness trend.
We know what it feels like to be called toward something and not quite know how to step into it. We’ve both been exactly where you are, drawn to the practice, wanting to go deeper, not sure yet where it leads. We built YogaSoul to be the school we wished had existed for us, one where students feel known, challenged, and cared for long after graduation.
Rachel brings nearly three decades of personal practice and 18+ years of teacher training to every room she enters. As one of the few C-IAYT certified yoga therapists in Utah and a World Yoga Federation Grandmaster, she brings both a therapist’s eye and a lifetime in the lineage to every training she leads. Eric co-founded YogaSoul with Rachel and stays behind the scenes: the marketing, the website, the systems. He helps with logistics when a retreat heads abroad. What you experience in the room is Rachel; Eric keeps everything around it running.
300+ teachers trained. 18+ years. International retreats across Greece, Central America, and beyond. Not a franchise. A living lineage, taught hand to hand.
People finish a training and describe it like a decade of personal development. They come home from a retreat remembering what rest actually feels like. They see Rachel once and, for the first time in years, something stops hurting.
What they share is this: no one tells us they acted too soon.
Train with us. Travel with us. Heal with us. Whatever brought you here, there’s a place at YogaSoul waiting for you.
Every person who’s said yes tells us the same thing: they wish they hadn’t waited.
The longing you feel for a deeper practice doesn’t go away on its own. It just waits for a decision.
