Optimizing Performance, Mindset, and Movement

Eric Martin is a seasoned business leader, dedicated yogi, and performance coach who integrates holistic movement, breathwork, and mindset training into his teaching. With a background in computer science and an MBA in finance, Eric spent over 30 years transforming businesses across industries. His ability to navigate high-stakes environments with clarity and precision led him to explore practices that optimize both body and mind.

His journey with yoga began in 2003 when he met Manju Jois, whose authentic Ashtanga teachings profoundly shaped his practice. Eric has since been authorized to teach both the primary and intermediate series and is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. He also studies Vinyasa Krama under Srivatsa Ramaswami, blending breath-centric movement with structured, intelligent sequencing.

Beyond yoga, Eric is a dedicated endurance athlete and high-performance coach, helping individuals build resilience, optimize movement, and enhance mental clarity. His coaching integrates strength training, breathwork, and mindset strategies designed to elevate physical and mental performance. Whether guiding students in a yoga practice, preparing athletes for competition, or mentoring professionals in leadership, Eric provides a structured, empowering approach that drives real transformation.
